Weigh your cattle,
without the yards.

Hover a drone above your paddock or laneway as the mob moves underneath. AirWeigh turns the footage into a liveweight for every animal. Smarter decisions, less time in the yards.

Be first to know when AirWeigh launches in NZ.

Three simple steps.

Hover, capture, upload and receive herd-level weight data you can act on while doing everyday stock movements.

Hover
Send your drone up
and hold a steady
hover at 10 metres.
Capture
Press record, and as your cattle pass underneath, every animal in the mob is captured.
Upload
Upload your video. The AI returns a liveweight for every animal in the mob alongside averages and head count.

AirWeigh in action.

Drone footage is uploaded to the app and analysed. Here's what comes back:

Tarras, Central Otago trial · analysis powered by Ganader IA

  • A detection box follows each animal as it walks down the lane.
  • Its estimated liveweight appears above it, read straight off the footage.
  • The head count builds with every beast that passes underneath.

A weight for every animal.

Minutes after you upload, the app returns a full breakdown of the mob with actionable data.

More data. Less work. Calmer cattle.

Weighing your herd shouldn't cost a day's labour and a kilo per animal. With AirWeigh, you can do it as often as you need to.

Cattle are weighed while they're moving anyway during everyday stock movements (e.g. changing paddocks). No yarding just to get weights. AirWeigh reads the whole mob from the air in a single flight: every animal, no muster, no race.

Calmer cattle

No mustering, no race, no scale. Less stress means better feed conversion and less weight lost to handling.

Track growth

Weigh more frequently. Spot what's gaining, what's lagging, and what's ready for the works.

Free up your day

What used to take a whole team half a day now takes one person and a quick flight.

Simple to use

If you can fly a drone, you can weigh your herd. No special hardware or training required.

About the technology.

AirWeigh is powered by AI technology built by Ganader IA, a leading South American AgTech company.

Accuracy

Ganader IA's technology is built to estimate liveweight to within 5% of certified scale weights. Our early trials are tracking within this. Full validation against the scales is underway.

What you need

An off-the-shelf DJI drone that shoots 4K at 30fps, plus the supplied QR codes for reference points. No scales, and no clunky gear in the paddock.

As NZ distributor for Ganader IA, AirWeigh launches in New Zealand with proven results on the most common beef breeds farmers already run, and we're actively recruiting partners for the next stage.

Dairy & Wagyu wanted

Be part of Dairy and Wagyu validation.

Dairy is a massive part of New Zealand farming, and Wagyu is one of its most valuable. We want AirWeigh to work for both, and we're looking for forward-thinking dairy and Wagyu farmers to partner with us on validation. Early partners get early access.
